Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, you would lead the strategic direction and performance of marketing activities supporting Ingram Micro’s business across multiple markets and functions. The role combines marketing strategy, business understanding, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

You would work closely with internal teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders to understand customer and partner needs and turn those insights into effective marketing strategies and solutions. The role also involves driving digital enablement, improving processes, and developing new ways to create value through marketing.

What would you be responsible for?

• Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business and customer needs.
• Using data and insights to support marketing decisions and improve performance.
• Working with different teams and stakeholders to develop relevant marketing solutions and campaigns.
• Driving digital marketing, process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Managing marketing performance, resources, and priorities.
• Coaching and developing managers and team members, supporting their growth and building future leadership capabilities.
• Representing the marketing function in internal, regional, and global discussions and events.
