About the role:

A Software Engineer in a product development team designs and writes the code that brings digital products, like apps and websites, to life. They spend their days solving technical challenges, building useful new features, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the user. Working closely with designers and other team members, they take creative ideas and turn them into functional tools that people can actually use. 

What you’ll do:

• See how apps and features are built: Learn how software engineers turn ideas into real code and functional digital products.
• Work through a real product challenge: Solve a hands-on case study to practice designing and building a piece of a new feature.
• Learn basic problem-solving tricks: Discover how developers break down big coding tasks into small, manageable steps.
• Experience developer teamwork: See how software engineers collaborate with designers and product managers to create great tools together.

What you’ll need:

• You are curious about technology: You wonder how websites, apps, or games are actually built behind the scenes.
• You like creating things from scratch: You enjoy taking an idea and turning it into something real that people can use.
• You are willing to try and learn: You don't mind making mistakes, asking questions, and testing out new ideas.
• No coding experience required: You don't need any prior programming knowledge—just enthusiasm, creativity, and an eager mind!
• English language skills: we work in an international environment with teams across the world and our communication is in English.
