THE role:

  • Timely responds to customers via phone/mail/web
  • Provides information & troubleshoot to solve customer problem
  • Manages customer expectations and identifies customer problems
  • Keeps customers informed, sets and follows commitments, keeps precise documentation and ownership
  • Participates in projects for process or quality improvements

What we are looking for:

  • Strong enthusiasm for innovative techniques and tools
  • Interest in server / storage / networking hardware environment
  • Very good command of English
  • Positive attitude towards team members, customers and partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • IT minimum required knowledge level
  • MS Office tools
