You will be part of one of our teams, responsible for maximizing sales performance. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of our ‘Coaching for Performance’ program which aims to build a strong coaching culture and capability within our team and encourage adoption of our client's value selling and adoption of all systems. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: 

• A strong sales acumen 
• An exceptional ability to develop and coach ‘coaches’ 
• The ability to be the advocate of peer 2 peer coaching
• The ability to demonstrate consistency in adopting our client's value selling mindset 

Primary Objectives:

• Drive the implementation of Peer to Peer coaching within the account 
• Support the full adoption of our client's value selling methodology
• Support the development of coaching skills across the team, delivering realtime feedback and coach the coach sessions. 
• Schedule 1:1’s, call listening sessions and group coaching sessions
• Lead the creation & adoption of a call marking structure
• Partner with Global Learning team to ensure any relevant center level courses are made available to the team
• Interact with the client at a Market Group level to receive feedback and development points on each team member

Core Skills Required: 

• Sales training experience
• Fluent in English 
• Experience in a similar environment 
• Project Management skills: planning and organizing with ability to execute multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Change management skills: Manage resistance efficiently, engage and motivate others towards change
• Influencing skills: ability to set a positive energy & atmosphere, and motivate others to continuously improve performance and results 
• Drive for results: ability to connect actions and deliverables to sales results.
• Performance improvement mindset: demonstrate acumen in factors that enable or inhibit employee performance and how coaching fits into performance improvement and results.
